This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the Maurice's Gourmet BBQ Wholesale Distributor Program (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we" means Maurice's Gourmet BBQ and Piggie Park Enterprises, and "you" means the applicant.
Joining the Program
To begin the process, you will submit a complete Program application via
our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify
you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if
we determine (in our sole discretion) that your application is unsuitable
for the Program. Unsuitable distributors include:
-retail operations that promote sexually explicit materials
-retail operations that promote illegal activities
-retail operations that promote violence
-retail operations that are anti-Christian or anti-Southern in nature
-retail operations that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
nationality, disability, or age
-retail operations that have names that are familiar with the Maurice's
Gourmet BBQ or Piggie Park trademarks or otherwise infringe on trademarks
and service marks used by Maurice's Gourmet BBQ and Piggie Park Enterprises,
including mispellings.
If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program
at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and
your retail operation is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion)
to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.
